I highly recommend Genesis Offices. Its location, which is just across from the Downing Centre Local and District Court is second to none! I have found the staff to be friendly, attentive and prompt in regards to my needs of running a firm and the pricing is very reasonable.

I've been a lawyer for over 13 years and finding a great office space is key. Genesis Offices have been fantastic for my practice. The place is modern with everything you need to impress clients and get work done efficiently. The well-kept meeting rooms make a big difference in our day-to-day operations.The staff is friendly, responsive, and always ready to help, maintaining a professional yet welcoming environment. Having other lawyers onsite is a real advantage too. It creates a supportive community where we can share insights and advice. The location is super convenient, close to the courthouse and easy for clients to find.Overall, Genesis Offices offer a perfect mix of professionalism, convenience, and great service. Richard Cummins Lawyers has been renting at Genesis since 2016. We found the professional service to be second to none. The staff transfer our calls from client, and inmates, to us instantly, they courteous to whoever calls and impress the clients, the police, the DPP and Court staff. The location of the office could not be better, a stone’s throw from the Courts and the Train station.The fact that the reception is open between 9.00am and 5.00pm allows the delivery of briefs of evidence and mail while I am in Court or attending other business.The food laid on for the staff and tenants is excellent and the atmosphere is a delight. Genesis is a crucial part of our legal practice, and I would be lost without the professional support they provide.We have no hesitation in recommending you base your legal practice at 1/299 Elizabeth Street, Sydney NSW 2000.

I am a solicitor and an interpreter/translator. I have been a lessee at Genesis Offices since 2018, initially for virtual for a few months then later upgraded to onsite, and have been extremely happy with their services the whole time. The location right by Museum Station and the Downing Centre courts couldn't be more convenient, the rent is most reasonable and offers great value, the staff are very friendly and professional, and the office environment is clean, safe and pleasant. What more could you ask for? Highly recommended.

Our company has had a virtual office with Genesis for approximately 18 years!
