“You are what you eat”

We’ve all heard that before. Most of us are aware of our health and try to be diligent with our diet. But what about what we read, what we watch, what we listen to? These factors are incredibly important to our health and well being. In this time of global pandemic, are we being careful with what media we consume, what information we take in?

Our brain is constantly learning, changing, growing, adapting, in response to the stimuli that it receives. What we choose to feed our brain determines our brains growth. What we pay attention to defines us. Our daily life has changed for the moment, but it doesn’t have to be for the worse. How we spend our time over these weeks and months will define the person that we become.

This time will transform us. Will that be for the better or for the worse? I know which I choose.
